    This video didn't even say anything. No insight into Cracker Barrel's actual situation, what led to the changes, the CEO change behind them and her track record with other national brands, no commentary on the public reaction to the changes, and how it's largely negative. No discussion of the importance of understanding your customer base, and what actually brings people to your business. Just a surface-level mention of one article, and a lot of platitudes, slogans and generic restaurant upkeep basics.

    Being fun a fun place isn’t really a requirement that 95% workers on the job market are looking for. What people really want aside from a livable wage is to be respected (a “safe space” environment free of toxic co-workers/management) and receiving good benefits

    Hello, hi, and good morning. May I ask you some questions about the "option of expenses" in P&L? like; 1. daily/monthly payment of "vendors" by cash/cheque, 2. Direct Purchase, 3. "Paid Out" for deposit at bank, 4. Cash loan/IOU some money and return cash loan/IOU many (note: all those are posted in expenses option and how to use in P&L sheet?)

    I own two restaurants. I do everything and that’s my problem. I need to create a system because I’m getting very tired and also I don’t think I am a good boss/manager.
